PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY COMMISSIONING THE ARTIST, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT

- (This only applies to commission over $50 USD) During the process the payments will be divided by two.
The first payment of 50% of the cost will be after I accept your commission. I will start working right after I receive the payment and the confirmation of payment from your part.
The second payment will happen before I send the final product of the commission.- For commissions under $50 USD the payment must be done completely after I accept your commission otherwise I will not be able to start.- During the process you will receive sketches to confirm the way the commission is going. You can ask me for progress just 3 times (this does not apply if I send you questions about the progress)- The artist will only work with the art style that is being represented on the commission that is being asked.- I have the right to decline ANY commission.- The artist will try their best to work based on the client's liking.- Payments are made via PayPal.- I will not accept any other form of payment.- I just accept money (no FAVORS).- There is NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.- Estimated turnaround time: 2-7 days (it can vary depending on queue and personal matters) and will be sent through email in PNG of JPEG- Additional fees might apply if client choses to have complex poses- I can negotiate prices if it is a big commission (over $150 USD approximately)- I reserve full rights for the artwork. I have the right to upload the commissioned piece in my social media platforms and portfolio (I will credit you as the client unless you want to remain anonymous or be entirely left out).
